As-salaamu'alaykum and Welcome to my Website!

Help you one another in AlBirr and AtTaqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment. (Al-Ma'idah 5:2)

Why should you be a Muslim?

What makes us different? What makes us a Muslim? A lecture by brother Dawud Adib

Why Should We Fast?

The main purpose of fasting is described in the Quran as "so that you may attain Taqwa or God-consciousness." Fasting is thus yet another instrument for bringing us closer to our natural state, our state of Fitrah and for cleansing this state from the dross of any disobedience and corruption.

"Fasting is a shield," said the noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) so simply and eloquently. And he also said: "Whoever spends the month of Ramadan in complete faith and self-rectification, his previous sins will be forgiven." Click here for Fasting

The Deen is Naseehah

Tameem ad-Dari(RA) said: "The Prophet (salAllâhu 'alaihi wa'sallam) said, (three times), "The Religion is naseeha (sincerity and sincere advice)." We said, "To whom?" He said, "To Allaah, His Book, His Messenger, and to the leaders of the Muslims and the general people." [Saheeh Muslim No.55] Click here for the full book (.doc)
